This is a very attractive addition to any Stainless Steel Berkey system and should give years of service
Before installation, wash in soapy water and rinse suggested Remove the nut, and one set of washer, gasket from the spigot Insert the spigot to the opening in the lower chamber Install the gasket and washer Tight the nut. Usually hand-tight is good enough to create a water tight seal. You can also use 3/4 in wrench. Do not over-tighten, it could bend the stainless canister.
